Homegrown Hounds Dog Nogg
Yields approx 4 drinks
Ingredients:
- Dog-Sized Mugs (holiday preferred!)
- 1 – Half Quart Goat Milk (human grade, powdered can be substituted)
- 2 - Eggs (raw)
- Cinnamon
Preparation:
- Combine 1 cup of goat milk into a bowl with the two eggs, whisk till eggs are thoroughly mixed with milk.
- Use a handheld frother to fluff the mixture. Froth for approx 15 seconds.
- Pour egg mixture into cups till full.
- Top Dog Nogg with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
- Serve immediately! (if storing or traveling, make sure to keep drink cold since it contains raw egg)
Holiday Cookies
Yields Approx 16 cookies
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Oat Flour
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup of Water
- ¼ cup Peanut Butter
- ½ cup Pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
Icing:
Plain greek yogurt (the better quality, the thicker it will be and easier to decorate with)
All Natural Food coloring
Preparation Directions:
- Mix ingredients together, roll out on floured surface to ¼” thick
- Cut into shapes and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes (or until firm to the touch)
- Ice as desired once cooled!
Store in refrigerator in air tight container for up to 2 weeks, or freeze if storing for longer.
